My Path
Understanding, accompanying, and feeling life in all its facets – this runs like a common thread through my journey. After my training and work as a preschool teacher and nurse, as well as the wonderful role of being a mother of three, I turned my focus entirely to art.
Today I work as a full-time artist. I gained my academic foundation in painting at a private art school. The deep experiences from working with people – the awareness of the fragility and the strength of the human psyche – flow unmistakably today into the gaze and the depth of my portraits.
